3) You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at 330-633-7300 or submit a help ticket. If the cancelation is after the 60 day starting period, refund request WILL be rejected. 

4) When canceling you will continue to have access to our system until you reach the end of your subscription period. 

5) Contact office at 330-633-7300 to receive a refund of the online software within the refund period in a prompt and courteous manner.
